Disassemble IF()

Disassembles the IF formula in the cell selected. A pair of brackets as a condition. Then it make easy to user to understand or analysis the formula.

As the right picture:It disassembled IF formula in cell E15 TO 13 conditions. Up to down,there is series number in column A, Column B is content of condition. You can understand it step by step in read in stead of condition with content of condition below.

Note:Some complex formulas are easy to modify at the beginning or writing for legible logic. But it become complicated while after some time or it was writed by others to understand the meaning of each branchs of IF formula. Now it is easy to understand and operate it because of disassembly of formula layered by run this function.

 

¡îHow to analysis a complicated IF formula?

Here has a IF formula writed by others is very complicated, it's hard to analysis. But I must modify on it, have any good way?

Method one: Use the function button "Disassemble IF" in the software "EXCEL speedUp Add-ins":  The button is under EXECL menu: "Add-ins".

Selects the cell which IF formula in it, click the button "Disassemble IF(). EXCEL will disassembles it by replace pairs of brackets with condition series numbers in a new sheet. As the follow picture:

It is easy to understand and operate it because of disassembly of formula layered by run this function.
